Wall-mounted Ultrasonic Flowmeter
Approved by:CE, SIL-3, ATEX Explosion-proof certification
Our Handheld Ultrasonic Flowmeter is a portable, microprocessor-based diagnostic tool engineered for non-intrusive liquid flow measurement in closed pipes. Utilizing transit-time ultrasonic technology, it delivers high-accuracy readings without cutting into the pipe or interrupting system operation.
Designed for flexibility, it supports pipe diameters from DN15 to DN6000 mm and liquid temperatures between -30°C and +160°C, accommodating water, seawater, oils, chemicals, and other sonically conductive fluids.
Built around advanced signal processing and floating-point computation, the flowmeter ensures stable readings even under challenging field conditions, making it ideal for on-site verification, temporary monitoring, and system maintenance across diverse industries.
-
Non-intrusive clamp-on design – Installs on the outside of the pipe, so the process doesn’t stop and there’s no pressure loss.
-
Wide pipe coverage (DN15–DN6000) – One meter can serve small process pipes and big distribution pipes, so you don’t need multiple models.
-
High measuring performance (±1% accuracy, 0.2% repeatability) – Gives stable figures you can trust for monitoring, balancing, or billing.
-
Multiple transducer choices – Standard, large, and high-temperature sensors are available, so you can match the meter to real site conditions.
-
Multiple output signals (4–20 mA, OCT pulse, relay, RS-485) – Easy to connect to PLC, BMS, or data acquisition systems.
-
Strong anti-interference design — Balanced differential signal circuits resist electrical noise so measurements stay stable in harsh plants.
-
Long-term data memory – Automatically stores daily, monthly, and yearly totalizers, so you can trace usage without extra instruments.
-
Flexible power options — DC and AC supply choices so the transmitter fits control panel or wall power scenarios.
-
Broad media compatibility — Measures most clean liquids and those with small particles/bubbles so you can cover many applications.
-
Low power consumption – Designed for 24/7 fixed use with low running cost.

-
Choose a straight, full pipe section. Avoid elbows, valves, pumps, or tees right next to the measuring point.
-
Follow straight-run rules: at least 10×D upstream and 5×D downstream; stay 30×D away from pump outlets.
-
Mount the sensors on the side of the pipe, not at the very top, to avoid interference from air bubbles.
-
Clean and polish the pipe surface where the sensors sit; apply enough couplant so there is no air gap.
-
Select the correct transducer type in the meter menu, select the correct mounting method (V, Z, W), and set the spacing as shown by the meter.
-
After installation, check signal strength and signal quality; if low, re-position or re-polish.
-
Use the zero-cutoff function to avoid false totalizing when the flow is very low.
-
Protect the wall-mounted transmitter from rain, heavy condensation, and direct sun if installed outdoors (use a housing if needed).
-
Water & Wastewater: Raw, treated, and plant effluent lines; district metering; temporary or permanent measurement.
-
HVAC & Utilities: Chilled/hot/cooling water loops; balancing and performance checks; energy measurement with PT100.
-
Industrial Processes: Chemicals, solvents, and process liquids where non-intrusive measurement avoids downtime.
-
Power & Energy: Cooling water, feedwater, condensate monitoring without tapping the line.
-
Oil & Petrochem: Diesel, fuel, and lubricating oil where cleanliness and low maintenance are priorities.
-
Food & Beverage: Liquid foods and beverages in closed pipelines where process integrity matters.
