Clamp-on Turbine Flowmeter
Approved by:CE, SIL-3, ATEX Explosion-proof certification
This clamp-connected turbine flowmeter is a new-generation liquid turbine meter designed for closed pipelines that carry clean, low-viscosity liquids. It uses a precision turbine sensor and a built-in amplifier to convert flow into a pulse (and/or 4–20 mA) signal in real time. The meter is small, lightweight, and easy to install and maintain.
Its wide size range, high pressure capability, and optional battery-powered local display make it a practical choice for process lines, utilities, and trade measurement.

Protection class: IP65 standard; higher protection available
-
High accuracy turbine sensing: Because the rotor speed is directly proportional to flow, you get accurate, stable measurement for batching, transfer, or monitoring.
-
Compact clamp / threaded structure: Because the meter body is small and light, installation in existing pipe runs is fast and maintenance is easy.
-
Excellent repeatability: Because the internal structure is stable, repeated measurements of the same flow give almost the same value, so the meter is reliable for calibration-based trade.
-
Pulse frequency output: Because the meter outputs clean pulse signals, it connects directly to counters, PLCs, and computers without zero drift.
-
Wide range ratio: Because the rotor and flow channel are optimized, one meter can cover a wide flow range, reducing model variety.
-
All-stainless flow path: Because the wetted parts are stainless steel, it suits many neutral liquids without corrosion.
-
High-pressure capability: Because the sensor does not need to open holes in the meter body, it can be made into high-pressure versions.
-
Multiple special types available: Because the structure is modular, it can be made into low-temperature, high-pressure, sanitary, or insertion types to match special sites.
-
Low pressure loss: Because the internal passage is streamlined, the meter produces only a small pressure drop, helping the pipeline keep its flow.
